At Kumkwat, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original condition.

  • No refunds will be issued to original payment methods. Only exchanges or store credit will be provided.

  • Sale items, swimwear, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return or exchange

  1. Contact us at [insert your WhatsApp or email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you received an incorrect or defective item.

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, valid for 3 months from the issue date.

  • Store credit can be used online or in-store.

  • We do not provide refunds in cash, card, or any original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours o receiving your order, including photos, and we will resolve it at no extra cost.
